Shipping

Home delivery is FREE in Spain, excluding Islas Canarias, Islas Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla.

As soon as your order request arrives, you will receive your product within 1 week (depending on the available Stock of it). As soon as the order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email indicating the tracking number and approximately the day of delivery.

* Remember that if you have chosen the payment by bank transfer, we will begin to process your order once we have received the total amount of the receipt in our account. Once the corresponding amount is available,  you will receive your order at the indicated address within 1 week.

* Delivery times may be affected during holiday periods and promotions.

Returns

In SOFÍA URIACH you have 7 natural days to return your order from the moment the package is received at the address indicated by the buyer. We only accept the return of items that have not been used or handled and that are kept in the same way they were delivered. Do not throw the box until you are sure that you are going to keep the product. The return will be paid by the customer.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the correct reception of the product and we will proceed to refund the money. We will do it the same way you made the payment, and within a maximum period of 7 days.

Returns must be covered by the customer.

We suggest you use your local postal service or a courier service with tracking number to avoid any loss.

It is advisable that the items returned are well packaged in order to avoid problems during shipping.

We cannot assume responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

No refund will be issued before the package is received and checked in SOFÍA URIACH.

Changes

In SOFÍA URIACH you have 7 natural days to change your order from the moment the package is received at the address indicated by the buyer.

To make changes, write us a message before the expiration of said 7 calendar days to hello@sofiauriach.com with the order reference and the item you wish to change, indicating what other item you would like to purchase.

If there is a difference in the price of the item you wish to change and the item you wish to purchase, an account would be made of the amount of the item to be changed once we have received the item in perfect condition in our offices, and we will proceed to the collection and shipping Free of the new item you wish to purchase.

If you reside in Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, a courier will come to find the order you want to change, which must be delivered in the original box without having been used and its conservation must be the same in That was delivered. The changes are FREE in Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We take responsibility for the collection and its corresponding shipment to our warehouses.
